The emergency manager of Urban Group Mrs. Svetlana Aglinishkene filed an application to the Arbitration Court of Moscow region on invalidation of one of the company’s transactions, as it became visible from one of the massaged received by the Federal Register of bankruptcy information. The application has been submitted as part of the bankruptcy cases for one of the five legal entities of Urban Group — LLC Highgate. This company has built the residential facilities Opalikha O3 and Lesoberezhniy in Mosow region.
The emergency manager to challenge the sale of plot of 8.9 hectares within the residential area Lesoberezhniy in the Krasnogorsky district. In October 2017 the developer sold this land plot to the company Severnoye for 22.5 million roubles. Nevertheless, according to the data of the Public cadastral map, the price of this land plot is 10 times higher — 226,86 mln. roubles.
According to the emergency manager this deal «damaged the creditors». «Further on it is planned to challenge the deal of the debtors with affiliated entities, which resulted in an unwarranted disposal of property from the estate of the debtors,» said Mrs. Svetlana Aglinishkene to RBC.
