Since 2005, a team of lawyers, tax consultants and criminal lawyers headed by Dmitriy Seleznev and Evgeniy Alexeev has been providing legal services to corporate and private clients on national law-related matters.
The main areas of the team’s expertise were as follows: dispute resolution, advising clients on tax legislation as well as support within criminal proceedings.
In 2016, Dmitriy and Evgeniy’s legal team (incorporated within Moscow Attorneys’ Bureau Knowledge) and the law firm BGP Litigation made a joint decision to consolidate their law firms under the brand of BGP Litigation.
Moscow Attorneys’ Bureau Knowledge was renamed into Moscow Attorneys’ Bureau BGP Litigation. As partners, Dmitriy and Evgeniy focused their efforts on the management of non-linear and complicated projects requiring simultaneous comprehensive expertise in arbitration, tax, bankruptcy and criminal procedural law.
This enabled proposing a convenient service to clients related to supporting legal projects by a single law firm, without engaging other companies specializing in separate branches of law.
Our experience in conducting such projects allowed us to achieve excellent results within a short period of time, which was repeatedly noted by Russian legal rankings KOMMERSANT and PRAVO.Ru-300. Besides, Dmitriy Seleznev was included in the personal legal ranking KOMMERSANT in the White-Collar Crime Section at the year-end 2017.
In 2018, the partners of the united law firm made a decision to split the company.
Dmitriy and Evgeniy, together with their team of attorneys, tax consultants and lawyers continued their development under the new brand of Slovo&Delo.
